For nearly 50 years ACS Technologies has helped churches. Now, ACST has given birth to Fulfill, an independent nonprofit 501c3 organization. The mission: To truly help every church by helping more churches maximize all the products and services ACST offers, along with an ever growing list of many more resources from other companies dedicated to serving the Church.
We’ve combined our 50 years of relationships, trust and know-how and put it all into a gift-in-kind (GIK) not for profit company to help church leaders, who are trying to make a difference, be able to really pull it off big time!
Our goal is to illuminate, or at least significantly reduce, the barriers to achieve greater ministry success. What are the barriers you face? Lack of funding concern for growing expenses, or the financial risk of trying something new? Or, maybe it’s the know how and you don’t know what to do next? Not enough staff? Perhaps it’s priority focusing? And crucial, wanting to make sure you really know what your community needs and wants the most?
So if you’ve proven you’ve got what it takes, then, we have got your back. We want to walk alongside you in whatever way you need us. Together, we can multiply our talents, move mountains, and run the race called of us in being good and faithful servants

Why Fulfill exists
We believe in the powerful last words of Christ while on earth to Go and make disciples. Fulfill’s total purpose is to help fulfill this Great Commission! We believe in people. We believe that all are ministers of the Gospel. Therefore all are in ministry to witness, love, and honor the Lord. To do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. As ministers, all in this royal priesthood we are then leaders. Fulfill wants to enable leaders- especially those in the local church to identify the needs of their communities and then meet them to the maximum degree possible by utilizing as many resources as they are capable of to experience the results of true, meaningful, and long lasting disciple making.
The key way we do this is by discovering signature ministries in which the church leadership can focus upon knowing their local efforts are needed, worth prioritizing, and are making a quantifiable difference.
